Paper (Mar 2022) Our paper “Physics-constrained deep neural network method for estimating parameters in a redox flow battery” is accepted for publication in Journal of Power Sources. We proposed a neural-network based optimization scheme for estimation of multiple parameters associated with a flow battery cell (a hydro-electro-chemical system). This work was done in collaboration with Panos Stinis (PNNL) and Alex Tartakovsky (UIUC). See Link.
